What happens after you reach out
-
A few quick questions
We ask what you're seeing and when it started, two minutes, no pressure. The more you can tell us up front, the sharper our first read on the problem.
-
We schedule your visit
An on-site inspection across Beaverton, OR at a time that works for you, not a four-hour window. We measure what's actually happening before we say a word about price.
-
Your written estimate
You get the recommended scope and the price in writing, no high-pressure close. Take your time with it.
What to have ready
None of this is required, but it helps us give you a straight answer faster:
- Roughly when you first noticed the problem, and whether it's changed since.
- A photo or two if you can grab them, even a rough shot of the area helps us plan.
- The approximate age of the home and whether it's had any related work done before.
- Your address in Beaverton so we can confirm we cover your area and plan the visit.
